HOW TO ORDER AT JAGRAM

Step 1: Log in to your account
Before starting your shopping, log in to your B2B account – it makes the checkout faster.
You can also log in when entering your address later, but we recommend doing it right away.

Step 2: Find the product you need
There are two ways to search:

Browse through the categories in the menu

Enter the SKU or product name in the search bar at the top of the page
Step 3: Add the product to your basket
If the product is in stock, you can:

Adjust the quantity using the “+” and “–” buttons,

Or type the exact number you want directly into the quantity field.
Then, click “Add to basket”.
Once added, choose either:

“Go to basket” to proceed to checkout,

Or “Continue shopping” to browse more products.
Step 4: Enter or edit your delivery address
If you’d like to edit your delivery address, click the “Edit” button.
You can choose from previously used addresses saved in your account.
If it’s a new address, simply fill in all the required details in the form.
Step 5: Add your internal order reference (optional)
If you'd like your own order reference (e.g. internal number) to appear in our system,
simply enter it in the designated field at checkout.
This helps us quickly identify your order, improves communication, and speeds up processing.
