Delivery

3.1. Delivery costs depend on the destination and order size and are calculated individually for each order.
3.2. Bulky items such as fences, pergolas, and gazebos require heavy-duty transportation.
3.3. Customers can collect their orders personally from the warehouse in Lipinka, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
3.4. In case of unforeseen events, delivery times may be extended, and customers will be informed promptly.
3.5. For B2C clients, delivery times range from 3 to 14 business days. If items are out of stock, the timeframe may be extended upon agreement with the customer. For B2B clients, delivery times range from 7 days to 3 months.
