4. Complaints and Returns

4.1. Any damages or shortages must be reported to Jagram within 3 days of delivery. Reports must include a description of the issue, photographs, the order or invoice number, and contact details.
4.2. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. The customer bears the full cost of logistics, including packing, unpacking, and transportation.
4.3. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and accepted only in cases of product damage.
4.4. In the event of a complaint, options include product replacement, a refund, or alternative arrangements.
4.5. For discounted products, refunds will reflect the discounted price.
